Craven Garth Cottages are family run holiday cottages situated within the heart of  North Yorkshire in the valley of Rosedale. Located in a position that is ideal for exploring The North York Moors National Park, the surrounding open countryside and the Yorkshire Coast.

There are 8 characterful holiday cottages each with their own unique features, ranging from original exposed oak beams through to logs burners set in stone fireplace surrounds. There are cottages to suit everyone, with some even including topsy-turvy living! Regardless on the cottage you choose, they will all offer an abundance of peace and quiet, fresh air and breath-taking views.

Right on your doorstop, there is a wide variety of walking and biking routes with an array of excellent pubs, cafes and shops offering up delicious local produce for you to enjoy.

Our traditional holiday cottages promise you a warm and cosy stay. All have full adjustable central heating and comfy bedding and furnishing. The thick stone walls help to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Our spacious kitchen-diners are fully fitted with microwaves, fridge freezers and ovens with ceramic hobs.

As a family business we are delighted to welcome other families and their pets to Craven Garth. Cots, high chairs and stairgates are available on request.

There are 7 beautiful cottages at Craven Garth all offering a unique and welcoming style. Each individual cottage offers views over the Moors and Rosedale and is within easy access to Dalby Forest, Scarborough, Whitby and York.
